Please read this document carefully before using the 3310 platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to comply with all Terms set out below.

Acceptance of Terms and Platform Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by 3310 through the website 3310.io or its related mobile application, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use the 3310 platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as a registered user and 3310 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these Terms & Conditions will be deemed acceptance of those changes.
The 3310 platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and take full responsibility for your use of the account.

Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities
Account Registration
To access the full range of 3310 services, you are required to register an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each individual is permitted only one active account. Multiple account registrations by the same user are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.
3310 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time for identity verification, transaction security, or internal compliance purposes. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in a temporary account restriction or closure.
Password & Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. 3310 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the 3310 support team immediately at [email protected]. 3310 is not liable for any transactions that occurred prior to the report being made.
Prohibited User Conduct
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access the platform
- Attempting to cheat, manipulate, or exploit the system
- Sharing your account with other users
- Using the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes
Payments, Transactions, and Financial Policy
All financial transactions on the 3310 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include bank transfers via FPX, TNG eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and other methods available from time to time. 3310 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove any payment method without prior notice.
Deposits are processed based on the selected method and its associated processing time. 3310 does not bear any additional charges imposed by third parties such as banks or digital wallet providers. Users are responsible for understanding any fees that may be applied by the third-party payment services they use.
Winnings withdrawals will be processed to the user's verified bank account or payment method. 3310 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding certain thresholds. All withdrawals are subject to internal security review.
Funds deposited into an account cannot be transferred to another user's account. Any attempt to do so may result in account suspension.

3310 provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions, errors, or technical failures. 3310 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including any financial loss resulting from technical issues or system disruptions.
In the event of a technical error that affects game outcomes or transactions, 3310 reserves the right to void or adjust the relevant transactions at its sole discretion.
Account Suspension and Closure
3310 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice where there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to: suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, multiple account usage, or conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 3310 platform, including but not limited to logos, designs, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software, is the property of 3310 or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent from 3310.
Third-Party Links
The 3310 platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as payment providers. 3310 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third parties. Use of any third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Amendments to Terms and Applicable Law
Amendments to These Terms
3310 reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Any changes take effect immediately upon publication on 3310.io. It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
For significant changes, 3310 will endeavour to notify users via their registered email or in-platform notifications. However, failure to receive such notice does not exempt users from the responsibility of complying with the latest terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the use of the 3310 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation is unsuccessful, the dispute will be resolved through the appropriate mechanism under applicable law.
